Register with Success Over Self Sabotage using your email address. You'll immediately receive a unique anonymous Private ID. This ID is your gateway to confidential self-assessment. Your email is stored separately by SOS and never linked to your assessment responses.

Complete a brief pre-screening assessment to help our coaches determine your readiness for the full self-sabotage assessment. This step ensures you're prepared to engage thoughtfully with sensitive topics and comprehensive questions about your background and experiences.

Once approved, you'll be guided to complete the comprehensive self-sabotage assessment. Use your Private ID to access the assessment anonymously. Your responses are linked only to your Private ID—ensuring complete anonymity. The assessment is comprehensive and may take 1-2 hours to complete thoughtfully.

Your assessment responses are reviewed by certified coaches through the SOS portal. Coaches see only your Private ID—never your name, email, or personal information. You'll receive personalized insights, analysis, and guidance based on your responses, all while maintaining complete anonymity.

After receiving your analysis, you may choose to engage in optional coaching follow-up through the SOS portal. All communication remains anonymous, using only your Private ID. Coaches provide support and guidance while respecting your privacy and autonomy.
